Franco Psychological Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce the availability of “Coaching Services” for couples going through a divorce.
Co-Parenting Coaching is available for those parents who may have completed their divorce but need assistance in working through issues related to parenting their children, scheduling etc. .
Heidi Roeder, MS, LPC, is completing post graduate training at the Philadelphia Council For Relationships, and has experience and training in the area of Co-Parenting. Heidi’s goal with high conflict couples is to assist them in separating their own emotional issues with each other from their role as parents. The Co-Parenting coach serves as a consultant and not a therapist for the partners. In order to maintain the role of a neutral third party, no recommendations regarding custody, visitation, or property settlement will be offered.
Since these services are not considered “medically necessary”, no health insurance reimbursement can be accepted. The fee for professional coaching is $150 per hour. If you are interested in more detailed information or would like to see Ms. Roeder’s biography, please visit our web site at www.francopsychological.com or call 717 243-1896.
The Purpose of Coaching and the Role of the Professional Coach:
The Co-Parenting Coach at Franco Psychological Associates is a licensed mental health professional who has specific training and experience in working with families after their Divorce. Our Coaching model is based on the belief that couples who have completed their divorce can continue to co-parent their children in an emotionally healthy way. By providing a focused, goal oriented and systemic process our goal is that couples can reach mutually beneficial compromises and agreements by interacting and communicating with each other respectfully, honestly, and openly for the benefit of the entire family.
